Non profit small scale organization

The Green Parrot is a small scale organization based in Barcelona (Spain) dedicated to produce, exhibit and promote contemporary artistic practices, specially looking at Southern Europe and the Mediterranean context. We work in close relationship with the artists, fostering experimentation and dialogue in a more intimate and flexible environment that differs from the commercial gallery or the institution. We have existed as a curatorial platform since 2014 and recently we have become a space to inhabit and research from our headquarters and residency in the centre of the city.
