La Galería Rebelde is a contemporary art gallery based in Guatemala founded by Jimena De Tezanos, a multidisciplinary creative director with a portfolio spanning over 20 years in Art and Design. Opened in 2019, the gallery features a diverse roster of established and emerging Latin American contemporary artists. Staying true to the ethos that art has no boundaries, La Galería Rebelde has been focusing on exhibiting their artist collective body of work in international art fairs and platforms. The gallery’s commitment to inter-cultural exchange creates a platform for experimental and multidisciplinary artists in Latin America to access international markets. Our mission is to enrich the creative economy in Guatemala, offering an opportunity for artists to expand and exhibit in new territories otherwise inaccessible to those already established in Guatemala. Inevitably, collaboration and creative dialogue is the ultimate bridge between new cultures and the gallery and its artists.
